THE ACCOMMODATION

The Old Church is suitable for 2 to 4 adults. The accommodation is no-smoking and we regret that pets are not allowed.

The accommodation briefly comprises of :-

Upstairs:

Bedroom 1 (front) Super-King-size or Twin - with ensuite bath, basin and toilet and electric shaver point.
Bedroom 2 (rear) Super-King-size or Twin

Downstairs:

Secluded Garden with patio furniture and barbeque area

Bedrooms

The bedrooms enjoy good views of the surrounding countryside from the velux style roof windows, which have black-out blinds.

Each bedroom has a super-kingsize bed (or the beds can be arranged to become twin beds).

There are wardrobes, chests of drawers, bedside tables and chairs. Hairdryers are available.

Comfortable beds with fresh mattress protectors, white cotton sheets and pillowcases, and a high quality goose-down duvet, with a cotton duvet cover, and goose feather pillows. Slumber-down/hypoallergenic pillows are also available if preferred. There are bed-covers on the beds for extra comfort on chilly nights. Extra wool blankets and hot water bottles with washable covers are available.

White cotton bath-sheets, bath towels, bath mats and hand towels are provided.

Lounge

A comfortable sunny room with the main Church doors opening to views over the river and to the trees and hills beyond. Stylish leather furniture, with a 3-seater settee, 2-seater settee and a chair. Foot stools, coffee tables, lamps, log effect fire, television, dvd, and video player.

There is a portable Radio/CD/Audio-tape player - you are invited to bring along your favourite tapes so that you can enjoy your our own taste in music

Kitchen/Dining Room

The kitchen/dining room is open plan - the feature of the room being the wood burning stove. There is a breakfast bar and four stools, as well as a dining table with six chairs. Appropriate all-white crockery & cutlery is supplied. A good range of glassware is supplied as well as wine cooler and champagne bucket. A picnic basket, picnic hamper, flasks etc. are available.

There are a good range of fitted kitchen cupboards, and all modern appliances including - electric hob and double oven, microwave, grill/sandwich toaster dishwasher, fridge, freezer, espresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, slow cooker, rice cooker and all necessary saucepans and kitchenware. For laundry there is a washing machine, tumble drier, outside drying area, iron and ironing board.

Sunroom

Adjoining the Kitchen/Dining room is a raised area with a comfortable sofa and two chairs, with French doors to access the garden - a pleasant place to sit and relax, enjoy a cup of coffee and read the paper.
